Kierkegaard on “artistic sharing”:

All sharing of ability is more or less indirect sharing (and here once again we have the modern derangement, that all sharing is made direct, that it’s forgotten that indirect sharing even exists). First comes what I call the essentially artistic sharing which is indirect, or for the most part is indirect.

Al Kunnens Medd. er mere ell. mindre indirecte Meddelelse (Og atter her er det naturligviis det Modernes Vildfarelse, at al Medd. er directe, at det er glemt, at der er indirecte Medd. til). Først kommer hvad jeg har kaldet den egl. Kunst-Meddelelse den er indirecte, eller dog væsentligen indirecte.
